The following Terms and Conditions, effective as of the ordered date, applies exclusively to both contractual and pre-contractual relationships between (a) Celest Trade LTD, of whose physical office is located at Druzhba 2, Unit 220, Entrance B, 3rd Floor, Sofia, 1582, Bulgaria when selling products on this website (the seller will hereinafter be referred to as the “Seller”, “we”, “us”) and (b) (who will be referred to as the “Buyer”, “you”, “your”) for the purchase of products made by you.
These Terms and Conditions will replace all previous terms and conditions referred to in the order(s), in communication, or any other location, and this notwithstanding any documentation to the contrary in varying terms and conditions. The Seller “we” reserve the rights to further adapt these terms and conditions at our discretion, without the approval of the Buyer “you”. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for possible changes. However, we will notify the Buyer as appropriate when significant changes are made.
2. Product Details and Pricing
The Seller will act to make product descriptions and pricing as accurate as possible on the Site. The accuracy will be verified at the time the products are entered into the system. Be advised that the Site contains numerous products so errors are possible. We make our best efforts to ensure details and pricing are correct but it is possible that some products will be incorrectly priced or detailed in the listing. Should the price of a product be higher than the listed price on the Site, the Seller has the right to cancel the order prior to sending a shipping confirmation to the Buyer. The Seller may also provide the item at the listed price, as previously defined.
All products are listed in USD and do not include delivery charges in the pricing. Delivery charges will be indicated separately prior to completion of the order on our Site.

3. Delivery Details
As the Seller, we will make our best effort to deliver any ordered product within the indicated term on our Site. The Site indicates that products will be delivered within fourteen (14) days for Trackable delivery service and thirty (30) days for Airmail or extended delivery services, from the time of the order. These timeframes are simply an indication of what to expect but they do not provide a guarantee of timing. Should delivery take longer than anticipated, the Seller shall not be liable for the delay.
Please be advised that a delay in delivery does not entitle the Buyer to cancel their contract, unless such delay was the fault of the Seller or the Seller’s supplier that is indicative of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Should delivery delay exceed fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days, respectively, the Buyer will be allowed to withdraw from their purchase contract. At such time, the Buyer will be entitled to a refund, if payment has already been processed.
Should the Seller, through no fault of their own, be unable to fulfill delivery of the ordered product, we shall be permitted to withdraw from the contact with the Buyer, vis-à-vis. This includes but is not limited to our supplier failing to fulfill their contractual obligation to us. In this event, the Buyer will be advised immediately that the product is unavailable. Any paid sum for the product will be returned to the Buyer within thirty (30) days beginning with the day after the end of the delivery period.
The Seller will be obligated to ship orders through a trackable service or through International Unregistered Mail. The Seller insures all items for delivery, up to such time as they are delivered to the Buyer’s provided address of record.
Should the Seller be unable to deliver to the Buyer, the Buyer is responsible for costs of an unsuccessful delivery attempt. This includes but is not limited to: merchandise does not fit through Buyer’s entrance area, front door, or staircase, or the Buyer being unavailable or unfound at time of delivery. The Buyer is apprised of delivery within a reasonable period of time and shall be responsible for being available at that time.
4. Payment
The Seller accepts payments made via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex). When the Buyer inputs a credit card, you confirm the card in use belongs to you. When the Seller accepts the order, the provided credit card will be charged for the accepted amount. Credit card holders may be subject to authorization or validation by the card issuer. Should the credit card refuse payment authorization, you will be contacted and delivery will be postponed. At such time, delivery is postponed due to payment non-authorization, the Seller is not liable for delays or non-delivery. All credit cards are processed using SSL (Secured Socket Layer) and the Seller is not liable for third party misuse of information.
Payments are to be considered complete when the Seller’s bank account has been irrevocably credited in the amount due.
5. Risk
The Seller will provide shipping confirmation to the Buyer, in which the place of delivery will be specified, according to what was provided at the time the product was ordered. The Buyer takes on risk of loss, damage, and theft of products upon delivery of products and from there on.
The Seller shall maintain ownership of products until final and complete payment of the purchase price and transportation charges have been made.
6. Product Return Policy
All product returns should be sent directly to the Seller’s legal address: Druzhba 2, Unit 220, Entrance B, 3rd Floor, Sofia, 1582, Bulgaria. Celest Trade LTD shall be responsible for required expenses to return products to the sender. The customer is required to return the original product or Celest Trade LTD may reject the return request. In the event of a return, packaging and product must be as it was. Celest Trade LTD will advise that the return request should not be placed if the customer has already begun using the product.
7. Cancellation Policy
The Customer’s right to cancel is effective only within the first 24 hours after placing their order. However, we make every effort to cancel a request if at all possible. All customer orders are sent to the warehouse as quickly as possible. If a product has already been shipped, the customer is not eligible to cancel their order.
We strongly advise customers to review carefully all order details, including pricing and product descriptions prior to submitting their order on our Site. Should the customer need to amend something due to a mistake in their address, a product change, or a shipping method change, the customer should inform the Seller as soon as possible.
8. Refunds
The customer may request a refund if there are problems with packaging or a product does not arrive. The Seller will provide credit refunds using a Transaction by a Credit Transaction Receipt. Refunds are provided in the same manner by which products are purchased, to the credit card used at time of payment. A refund typically takes 2-3 days.
